Check-in and check-out

Check-in is from 3:00pm. Check-out is by 11:00am.

If you are arriving outside normal hours, call the front desk on (805) 772-4437 beforehand and we will make arrangements.

Guest identification

A valid credit card and government-issued photo ID are required at check-in.

Parking

Parking is complimentary for guests. In a small coastal town in summer, that is worth more than it sounds.

No resort or amenity fee

There is no resort fee and no amenity fee here. Breakfast, parking, Wi-Fi, the fitness centre, happy hour and the rooftop are all included in the room rate. Local taxes and assessments are shown before you confirm a booking.

Breakfast

A complimentary continental breakfast is served daily from 7:00am to 10:00am in the breakfast area off the lobby. Items vary from day to day.

Happy hour

Wine and light snacks in the lobby, 4:00pm to 5:00pm daily.

Dogs

Ascot Suites is a pet-friendly hotel — do not leave your dog behind. Please tell us when you book so we can put you in a suitable room, and ask the front desk about the current pet fee.

Service animals are always welcome and are exempt from any fee, in accordance with ADA guidelines.

Rooms

Every room has individually controlled heating and air conditioning, a flat-screen television, a coffee maker and free Wi-Fi.

A jacuzzi is available in selected rooms rather than in every room of a type. Fireplaces and balconies likewise vary by room type — the room pages say which. If a particular feature is the reason for your booking, call us and we will confirm before you commit.

Accessibility

We have an ADA accessible room: the Accessible King Balcony, with a king bed, a balcony and a fireplace. Please see our accessibility page, and call us if you have specific requirements so we can tell you honestly whether we can meet them.

Cancellation

Cancellation terms vary by rate. The terms that apply to your booking are shown at the time you book and repeated in your confirmation email. If you are not sure, call us and we will check.

Smoking

Ascot Suites is a smoke-free property. A cleaning fee applies if smoking is detected in a room.
